Jen joined the industry when she was 15 as work experience and never left it. She fell in love with caring for others and between then and now has finally reached her goal to Register as a Manager with CQC. Jen has led our Luton Team to 3 back-to-back GOOD ratings in our PAMMs so far. Long may it continue.
