Ellan joined us as a Field Care Supervisor back in 2021. Ellan naturally fell into the Managing role for our Hayes branch after the departure of her predecessor. Ellan is currently working towards her Level 5 in Leadership in Adult Care and in the process of applying for her CQC Registration.
